Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

  • We currently ship across India and select international locations.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. During festive periods or special events, there may be slight delays — we appreciate your patience.
  • All our products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you safely. Many are handmade and may vary slightly in color or finish — a mark of their uniqueness and authenticity.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.
  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotional periods — keep an eye out!

Returns & Exchanges

  • As most of our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • In case of any issue with your order (e.g., you received a damaged or wrong item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@chinmayashish.com, with a photo and order number.
  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the nature of the issue.
  • Returns must be unused and in original packaging. Reverse pickup may not be available in all areas — in such cases, customers may be asked to send the item back to us.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t already been processed. To cancel, contact us at contact@chinmayashish.com.
