Shipping
- We currently ship across India and select international locations.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. During festive periods or special events, there may be slight delays — we appreciate your patience.
- All our products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you safely. Many are handmade and may vary slightly in color or finish — a mark of their uniqueness and authenticity.

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.

Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotional periods — keep an eye out!
Returns & Exchanges
- As most of our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- In case of any issue with your order (e.g., you received a damaged or wrong item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@chinmayashish.com, with a photo and order number.
- Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the nature of the issue.

Returns must be unused and in original packaging. Reverse pickup may not be available in all areas — in such cases, customers may be asked to send the item back to us.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t already been processed. To cancel, contact us at contact@chinmayashish.com.
